Client Testimonials

Exceeded my expectations

"The overall experience of opening a restaurant is very stressful. With only a month and a half for our project, Scott and his team made sure I never worried about construction. Taylor Construction handled every designer change, the inevitable unforeseen change orders and many unforeseen circumstances while executing our vision to perfection. The building was turned over to us clean and ready for operation ahead of schedule. When selecting a contractor for this job the priority was to find the right company who could deliver the facility on schedule and keep it in the budget. Taylor Construction exceeded my expectations in every way. "

Scott and his team always go the extra mile

"We have used Taylor Construction for many years now for anything from facility maintenance to General Contracting. Scott and his team always go the extra mile, while being able to complete all of our projects below or at the bid price and ahead of schedule in many cases. Their attention to detail, their experience and their commitment set them aside as being an exceedingly professional and well organized company. I also appreciate their willingness to help us with the pre-construction scopes of work and budgeting in advance of our projects, which is invaluable in analyzing the feasibility of our deals."

We highly recommend the Taylor Construction team

"Since our first encounter, they have served as the General Contractor for the redevelopment of one of our commercial sites, where we demolished an existing building, developed the land and infrastructure, and completed the construction of a new 7,800 s.f. commercial building as well as the complete interior and exterior renovation and subsequent sub-division of a 21,000 s.f. retail building, and a recent 200,000 sq. ft. shopping center renovation. We have been repeatedly pleased with their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for our best interests throughout our relationship. We highly recommend the Taylor Construction team. They were extremely responsive

"We selected Taylor Construction to perform our restaurant's built out through a competitive bid process and were pleased with the results. They were extremely responsive during the entire project. Construction was performed on schedule and without unexpected costs. Scott was "hands-on" during the construction, managing the subcontractors effectively. We were pleased with the final results and would highly recommend Taylor Construction to anyone. "

David Worthley - WEGO Inc.

We wouldn’t even consider trying a different contractor

"Taylor Construction has exceeded our expectations over the past several years on both the commercial and residential platforms. They consistently deliver the highest quality work and customer service, proven in our case by delivering three projects on time and on budget. Scott has been able to handle the most difficult and daunting construction and permitting challenges with ease and uninhibited motivation. We wouldn't even consider trying a different contractor for any of our future projects!"
